Langmeier Backup Description
Langmeier Backup is a completely standard program for the data protection. One communicates to it, which folders and/or drive assemblies it is to save, and presses on 'start' then, in order to save the data into the desired goal directory. The files are copied 1:1 then, and are thereafter in unchanged form on the backup data carrier. Naturally the program saves only the changed files usually. Only on explicit request the complete path becomes saved.
As backup medium one can use all data media, which are recognized in Windows as drive. Also network drives can be included into the backup. A backup can take place either via manual start, or also automated.
You know the problem that you think, you are on the safe side, because you have arranged, that a daily backup of your most important data is provided. But what happens, if suddenly your hard disk is no longer connected correctly... Will you be informed then, or not, that is the question here. With Langmeier Backup you are completely safe on the safe side. Because, if an automatic backup fails, an according report message appears on the screen, and remains, until you confirm it. |
