Razordesk 3U Description
With options to suite small, medium and large organisations, Razordesk is the tool you need to manage your company?s IT support requirements. Staff and end users alike will appreciate its intuitive web-based console. Effortlessly track ?help requests? and 'faults', keep people informed, get notified of changes, generate reports, maintain contractual obligations and much more. Razordesk can even produce headed itemized time sheets to accurately bill your customers effort according to their support contract.
Getting started couldn't be easier. Choose a low cost rented option and we host the service on your behalf, setting up an account takes just a few minutes and we even offer a non-committal 30-day trial.
If you prefer to host the system using your own Windows web server and database we offer a range of packages, from the Razordesk 3U Free Edition to the Enterprise Edition Razordesk 999U to suite larger companies and IT departments.
Installation takes just minutes, all you need is a Windows web server and Microsoft SQL2000/2005 database or higher. All self-installed packages include free 14 days of support to cover installation issues. Optionally purchase Extended on-line Support and, for larger installations, a fully outsourced Premium Support solution whereby we manage your Razordesk remotely via Terminal Services. The extra support packages give you access to of hot fixes and discounts on new features as and when they come available.
Purchase optional extras for your Razordesk. Inbound Email Integration allows your key clients to communicate with the portal via email. The Charting option adds useful informative graphs at key locations; lets you see at an instant how well you are performing. The Download Distribution Tab manages software versions and documentation, letting you choose which of your customers has access to selected files.
