TEAMeeting Method & Software Description
The software focuses on the actual process of recurrent work meetings: preparing the meetings, managing the meetings, follow up meeting decisions and tasks, keeping records of every meeting and every team, producing statistical reports for all team activities, participation and decision execution.

However, neither Outlook nor other programs provide any direct support to the process of the meeting.TEAMeeting does so in complete harmony with MS OUTLOOK®, it is based on e-mail only and does not require any server; therefore, it can accommodate and manage meetings with anyone who runs an OUTLOOK® system. |
